This page explains your rights regarding refunds and withdrawal for digital products (software downloads, license keys, digital content) purchased from Kroesus Entertainment.

1. No statutory withdrawal after download

According to German and EU law, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium can expire once we start delivering the content, if you have agreed to this and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.

Since our products are delivered immediately via download and license key, your statutory withdrawal right usually expires as soon as you access the download link or license key.

2. Voluntary refund policy

Independently of the legal situation, we offer a voluntary refund policy:

• If the software cannot be installed or used as described, and
• our support cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time,
• you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

3. Exclusions

Refunds are generally not granted if:

• license keys have clearly been activated and used on multiple systems,
• the product was misused, shared or redistributed,
• you simply change your mind after successful download and activation.
