Terms of Service / AGB
1. Scope / Geltungsbereich
These Terms of Service („Terms“) govern all purchases of digital products and software offered by Kroesus Entertainment, Alexander Lysjakow (referred to as „we“, „us“, „our“). By purchasing or downloading our products, you agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of Products / Digitale Produkte
We sell digital products such as software tools, utilities and files for musicians, audio engineers and creators. All products are delivered electronically (download and/or license key) and are not physical items.
3. Conclusion of Contract / Vertragsschluss
The presentation of products on our website is a non-binding invitation to order. A binding contract is concluded when you successfully complete the checkout process (handled by our payment partner Paddle) and receive an order confirmation.
4. Delivery / Elektronische Bereitstellung
After successful payment you will receive:
- a download link to the purchased product and
- where applicable, a license key for activation.
Delivery is usually immediate. In rare cases (e.g. manual review) delivery may take a little longer.
5. Licensing / Nutzungsrechte
With the purchase you obtain a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on the number of devices specified on the product page (e.g. 1 activation for StagePilot).
You may not:
- share or publish your license key,
- resell the license or pass it on to third parties,
- circumvent technical protection measures.
In case of abuse (e.g. massive key sharing) we reserve the right to block the license key.
6. Prices & Payment
All prices shown on the website are final prices and may include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. The exact tax treatment depends on your country of residence and is handled by Paddle.
7. Refunds / Widerruf
Because our products are digital downloads, the statutory right of withdrawal can expire once you access the download, as explained in our Refund Policy / Widerrufsbelehrung.
Independently of this, we may offer voluntary refunds in justified cases (e.g. technical issues that cannot be solved). Please contact us at info@kroesusentertainment.com.
8. Customer Support
Support is provided by e-mail: info@kroesusentertainment.com. We aim to respond within 2–3 working days.
9. Liability / Haftung
We cannot be held liable for damages caused by improper use, incompatible systems, data loss or interruptions. Our liability, to the extent legally permitted, is limited to the amount paid for the respective product.
10. Final Provisions / Schlussbestimmungen
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Dessau-Roßlau, Germany.
